How it works
Booking your photo booth with us is simple, stress-free, and flat-rate—just the way it should be.
1. Book Your Date
Choose the day of your event and lock in your booth for just $300—no hourly fees, no surprises.
2. We Bring the Booth to You
On your event day, we’ll deliver and set up the booth anytime starting at 9:00 AM, or later if you prefer. Just let us know what works best for your schedule.
3. Let the Fun Begin
Guests can take unlimited photos, instantly send them via text or email, and keep the memories going all day long.
4. We Handle the Pickup
When the party winds down, we’ll return to pick up the booth at any time you choose, up until 11:00 PM.
Frequently Asked Questions
The standard booking includes the photo booth for an all day rental, a custom photo template for 1-3 pictures with your event details and theme. Images will be available via email or sms sent out immediately.
The main requirements is power and internet (wifi). If either of those are not available at your event site, you can add the power or wifi addon. With the power addition we will provide a battery pack to power the photo booth for all day use. If you select the wifi addition we will provide a hotspot for the photo booth to use so pictures can be sent out immediately.
Service Details
Photo Booth Package: Full Day Rental
Rental Fee: $300
Rental Duration: Up to 8 hours (single calendar day)
Set-Up Time: 1 hour prior to event start
Breakdown Time: Immediately following rental period
Payment Terms
- A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date.
- The remaining balance of $200 is due at least 3 days prior to the event date.
- Payments can be made via emailed link using a credit or debit card.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event, the full rental fee is due.
Client Responsibilities
- Ensure the photo booth location has access to power (standard 110V outlet).
- Provide a level, sheltered area for booth setup (indoor or tented if outdoors).
- Ensure reliable WiFi is available at the venue.
- Inform venue staff of booth arrival/setup time.
Photo Booth Gig Harbor Responsibilities
- Provide delivery, setup, and breakdown of the booth.
- Ensure booth is operational during the rental period.
- Provide instant digital copies of photos to guests during the event.
Optional Items (Additional Charges)
If the client cannot provide necessary WiFi or power access, the following options are available:
- WiFi Hotspot Rental: $50
- Portable Power Supply: $100
- Online Gallery Access (6 months): $50
Liability
Client is responsible for any damage caused by guests to the booth or props during the event. Photo Booth Gig Harbor is not liable for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., power failure, weather) beyond our control.
